Three in one

All of creation sings His truth

Life. Being. Trinity.

Tied together in the tapestry of the Universe

His breath calls to us-

Stop. Listen. Breathe.

In Him we find the comfort of a Mother,

yet the fierceness of a Lion.

One roar can cause the earth to shake-

but one embrace can heal the wounded soul.

He is love.

Love so divine and true-

We seek Him in books, but he cannot be contained in our mind.

We look upon the earth, but none quench the longing in our hearts-

Hearts made to worship,

Crying for our creator- 

Not satisfied until we know Him, 

and are known by Him.

With weary and tired souls, 

We look upon the stars- 

and find a comfort we cannot understand,

Realizing, sometimes, the One we are seeking-

Is more easily found when we shut our eyes.

"Be Still and know that I am God"
